5th & Final Odi : Sri Lanka Beat S. Africa By 178 Runs

Sri Lanka thrashed South Africa by 178 runs in the Fifth and Final One Day International of series in Colombo.

South Africa clinched the five match series 3-2.

Earlier, Sri Lanka Captain Angelo Mathews won the toss and elected to bat first.

Batting first, Sri Lanka scored 299 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in allotted 50 over's.

In reply chasing 300, South Africa were bundled out for just 121 runs in 25th over.

Only four South African batsman reached double figures.

Akila dananjaya was declared Man of the Match while Jean Paul Duminy named Player of the Series.

This is South Africa's third-worst one day International defeat ever, in terms of runs.
