Need To Eat A Balanced Diet
The main healthy eating messages are the same for everybody. These are:
• Eat more fruits and vegetables,
• Eat more starchy foods, such as bread, pasta and rice,
• Cut down on fat and sugar.
• But you also need to make sure you're getting enough nutrients, especially protein and iron, which can sometimes be lacking
in a meat-free diet.
