A possible tornado tore through Pasadena, Texas, damaging houses, bringing down trees and overturning trucks.

Downed power lines, collapsed roofs and debris covered the streets and lawns in this city of 150,000 people, Southeast of Houston.

Cindy turner was working at her dance studio with her son and a teacher when the storm hit.

Next to the studio is the house her parents built, which sustained heavy damage in the storm.

The Pasadena police department said on twitter that it had received multiple reports of downed power lines and that the Red Cross was available to help victims.

There were no immediate reports of deaths or serious injuries.
