Veteran Actor Talat Hussain has passed away in Karachi after a prolonged illness.

Talat hussain was one of the pioneer voices of radio Pakistan and a Legendary Artists of Pakistan Television and Cinema.

He was born in 1940 in Delhi and his professional career spans over half a century.

Acting President Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has expressed profound grief and sorrow over his sad demise and prayed for elevation of his ranks in heaven. He said Talat Hussain's valuable services for fine arts will be remembered for long.
