Information Minister Atta Tarar says President of Pakistan has promulgated the Supreme Court Practice & Procedure Amendment Ordinance after Federal Cabinet's approval through a circulation summary.

Talking to media in Islamabad, Atta Tarar said the right to appeal has been given in ordinance under the Artcle-184-3 of Constitution of Pakistan.

He said proposed constitution package is aimed at providing speedy justice to the masses and recordings & transcript of Judicial Proceedings will be available for public.
