Italian Ambassador Calls On CM Maryam: Armellin Assures Italy Will Invest In Olive Cultivation In Chakwal
Italian Ambassador Marilina Armellin has given a consent to offer investment to help cultivate olive in Chakwal Region.
He stated this during a meeting with Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz.
He said Italy will also invest in Punjab’s Livestock and dairy projects and showed interest in exchange of tourism, textile, leather, marble and carpets industry.
Maryam Nawaz said Punjab wants to increase partnership with Italy in various sectors. She said ease in work visa and Efficient Trade Commission play vital role between two countries will help smoothen economic activities between the two countries.
Ambassador Armellin also told the Chief Minister that efforts are underway to ease work visa for Pakistanis.
