The Special Communications Organization is actively supporting the development of three centers for individuals with special abilities in Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.

The Pakistan Army and SCO have established a Freelancing Hub at the independent living center in Skardu.

During his visit to these centers, the SCO Director General expressed said, people with special abilities play an essential role in our society, creating positive change in their lives through hard work, determination, and skill.

The SCO will equip these individuals with laptops at the Freelancing Hub, enabling them to become self-sufficient through online platforms.
