In January 2025, Pakistan’s workers' remittances recorded an inflow of us dollar 3.0 billion, showing a year-on-year growth of 25.2 percent.

For the period of July to January in fy25, the cumulative remittances stood at 20.8 billion dollars, compared to 15.8 billion dollars during the same period in fy24, marking a growth of 31.7 percent.

The major sources of remittance inflows in January 2025 were Saudi Arabia 728.3 million dollars, the United Arab Emirates 621.7 million dollars, the United Kingdom 443.6 million dollars, and the United States of America 298.5 million dollars.
